Age Lot
I am 13 years of age but a lot of it is going grey?What should i do to bring it back to normal?
I live near to the sea,plus I have sinus problems. And recenty i have been suffering from stress. How can I deal with it?
if you're talking about your hair going grey.. then I guess get a hair dye that is designed for covering grey hair.
for the stress.. find ways of relaxing. go for a swim or a walk along the beach. try just sitting on the beach in the evening and listening to the waves. breathe deeply and slowly and as you exhale.. all the things that are worrying you.. focus on feeling them all just disappear into nothing. also, talk to either a parent or a relative or even a school counselor or doctor about the things that are causing you this stress.
exercise is a good stress reliever too so go for a good run or aerobic workout and aim for 30 minutes a day.
oh and for your sinus problems.. if you're not already doing so.. go to your local pharmacy and get some medication for it.
