Avengers Initiative
Iron Man 2 movie question.?
In the ending, Fury informs Stark that while Iron Man is a suitable candidate for the "Avengers Initiative", Stark himself is not. S.H.I.E.L.D. wants Stark in a consultant position, to which Stark agrees on the condition that Senator Stern present himself and Rhodes with their medals for bravery.
Does this mean Stark won't be the Iron Man in the next movie, just some other dude? Like the Avengers are gonna take someone else and put him in the Iron Man suit? And what do they mean by they want Stark in a consultant position?
And also what happened to the other suit, Iron Man mark II (the silver one) that Rhodes flew off with? Is that now property of U.S. government?
I'm guessing that he will find a way to still be Iron Man in a future movie. He will probably start off as just a consultant, but will eventually become Iron Man again.
Just read some comic books or something, and it will probably tell you what is going to happen. I actually have no idea. This is just what I think.
